Our Youth Athletic Development Program is designed specifically for dedicated young athletes aged 11 to 17 who want to take their performance to the next level.
Led by experienced strength & conditioning coaches and sport scientists, this program supports youth in becoming more powerful, confident, and injury-resistant — both on and off the field.

Athletes aged 11–17 who are committed to improving their performance
Participants from all sports: rugby, soccer, swimming, netball, athletics, AFL, basketball and more

Scholarship Opportunities Available
We believe every athlete deserves access to quality training and professional support, regardless of their background. A limited number of scholarships are available each term to help cover the cost of training and mentorship.
Scholarships may cover full or partial program fees

We’re looking for young athletes with drive, commitment, and potential. You don’t have to be the best — just willing to work hard.
All athletes are encouraged to apply for a scholarship position. Applications will close 29th of August 2025. Successful applicants will be notified towards the end of September.
Program will begin on the 29th of September.
Program Details
This is a FULL YEAR program running September to September. We will be with you during each part of your season to give you as much support as possible. Athletes will benefit from regular training sessions in the gym, as well as tailored programs for outside the gym if their current schedule lacks in any areas. There will also be a range of educational sessions to teach athletes about good habits for sport such as nutrition, goal setting, mindset, teamwork, sleep, etc.
All athletes will also be given a training shirt, hat and socks.
📍 Location: Jamo’s Muscle Mechanics – 12 Canberra Rd, Evans Head
📅 Sessions: 2x per week (Monday & Wednesday Mornings)
🕒 Duration: 45-minute sessions
