Become stronger and fitter in a fun, group setting
Strength & Conditioning Classes
Monday to Friday – 6am, 9:15am, 4:15pm, 5:15pm
Our weights classes are centred around core compound lifts in a program that allows our clients to improve each week and track their progress. Classes are suitable for beginners, through to experienced lifters, and are open to everyone over 17 years of age. Each timeslot runs the same program so it doesn’t matter if your schedule changes or you sleep in, you can still make a class and not confuse your routine! Classes go for 45minutes, and everyone is encouraged to come a few minutes early to warmup and hangout.
If you join on an adults class membership, you have unlimited access to all our adults classes, both morning and afternoon, as well as individual gym use outside of classes.
Seniors’ Classes
Mondays & Thursdays 8am-8:45
Strength and conditioning classes for over 60year olds, aimed at improving quality of life. These classes involve weights, some cardio, and movements which help to prevent falls.
Classes can be bought in bulk or paid for on the day. $15 per class, or $20 per week.
Kids & Teens Strength Classes
Monday 3:45pm
Our kids & teen classes are aimed at kids who are willing to learn and able to take instructions. We accept ages 11-17, provided they are well behaved.
Our classes teach the foundations for fitness, weightlifting and general physical well being to give your child the best start to a healthy life.
Gym membership options are available for those who’s guardians also are members.
