Terms and Conditions for Jamo’s Muscle Mechanics Membership Subscriptions

Welcome to Jamo’s Muscle Mechanics. By subscribing to our membership services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Membership Agreement

By signing up for a membership at Jamo’s Muscle Mechanics you agree to adhere to all rules and regulations set forth by the gym. This membership is non-transferable and may not be shared with others.

2. Membership Types

We offer various membership types, each with distinct benefits and pricing. Details on membership types and pricing can be found on our website or by contacting our staff.

3. Payment Terms

  • Billing Cycle: Membership fees will be billed on a weekly basis.
  • Payment Method: All payments must be made through our accepted payment methods.
  • Late Payments: A late fee may apply if payment is not received by the due date.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Notice Period: You may cancel your membership at any time by providing 2 weeks written notice to our management.
  • Refunds: Membership fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in specific promotions.

5. Member Conduct

All members are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner. Any behavior deemed inappropriate, including harassment, damage to property, or violation of gym rules, may result in immediate termination of membership without refund.

6. Health and Safety

  • Medical Clearance: Members should consult a physician before beginning any new exercise program.
  • Responsibility: Members assume all risks of injury and agree to hold Jamo’s Muscle Mechanics harmless for any injuries sustained on the premises.

7. Facility Hours

Jamo’s Muscle Mechanics reserves the right to change facility hours and service availability. Members will be notified of any significant changes in advance.

8. Changes to Terms

Jamo’s Muscle Mechanics reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes via email or through notices posted at the gym.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of NSW, Australia. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of NSW, Australia.
