Tier 2 – Testing + Targeted S&C Block

    •    All Tier 1 testing included
    •    4–6 week S&C block (1–2 sessions/week)

    •    End-of-block re-testing & comparison report

Single Team: $1,800–$3,000
Whole Club Package: $4,000–$7,500

Tier 3 – High-Performance Partnership

Ideal for: Clubs seeking long-term athlete development
    •    Full-season S&C support
    •    Fortnightly / Weekly force plate monitoring

With over 20 years combined coaching experience, we have worked with everyone from grass roots & junior sports to elite athletes.
